MagOneAI Community Edition — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using MagOneAI Community Edition ("Community Edition", "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Magure Tech Middle East Ltd ("Magure", "we", "us").

2. Who Can Use It

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. By signing up you confirm you are not on any sanctions list and are not located in a jurisdiction embargoed by the UAE, US, EU, or UK. One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

3. What Community Edition Is

Community Edition is a free, limited version of MagOneAI provided for individual learning, experimentation, education, and non-commercial evaluation. It is not intended for production workloads, regulated data, or revenue-generating commercial use. Usage limits, feature availability, and rate limits are defined on our pricing page and may change.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringing purpose
  • Build agents or workflows that generate CSAM, facilitate violence, produce malware, harass individuals, or violate others' privacy
  • Process personal data of third parties without a lawful basis
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract model weights, proprietary prompts, or system internals
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties as a hosted offering
  • Circumvent usage limits, quotas, or security controls
  • Use the Service to train competing foundation models or agent orchestration platforms
  • Upload regulated data (PHI, PCI cardholder data, classified government data) — Community Edition is not certified for these

For commercial, regulated, or production use, you must upgrade to MagOneAI Enterprise.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the prompts, workflows, knowledge bases, and outputs you create ("Your Content"). You grant Magure a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to everything you upload.

6. AI Outputs

AI outputs are generated probabilistically and may be inaccurate, offensive, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. Do not use outputs for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or life-affecting decisions without qualified human review. Outputs are not warranted to be unique — similar outputs may be generated for other users.

7. Data & Telemetry

We collect account data, usage telemetry, and error logs to operate the Service. Community Edition may use your prompts and outputs in aggregated, de-identified form to improve the platform. If you do not want this, upgrade to Enterprise, where customer data is never used for product improvement. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Fair Use & Rate Limits

Community Edition has monthly token, workflow run, and storage quotas published on our pricing page. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that exceed fair use, run abusive workloads, or appear to be automated farms.

9. Community Conduct

When using MagOneAI Community spaces (forum, Discord, GitHub discussions), you agree to follow our Community Code of Conduct. Harassment, hate speech, spam, and doxxing result in immediate removal.

10. Intellectual Property

Magure and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including the platform, branding, documentation, and pre-built skills. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service under these Terms. "MagOneAI", "MagLabs", "MagVisionIQ", and the Magure logo are trademarks of Magure.

11. Third-Party Models and Tools

The Service connects to third-party foundation models (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.) and MCP tools. Your use of those is subject to the third party's terms. We are not responsible for third-party availability, pricing, or output.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected abuse, legal requirement, or to protect the Service. You may delete your account at any time from account settings. On termination, your access ends and Your Content may be deleted after 30 days.

13. No Warranty

Community Edition is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uptime, or accuracy. We do not commit to any SLA for Community Edition.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magure's total liability arising out of or related to Community Edition is limited to USD 100. Magure is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Magure from any claim arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

16. Export Controls

You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws. The Service may not be used in embargoed jurisdictions or by denied parties.

17. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), UAE. Disputes are resolved in the DIFC Courts, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
